My client is a large FMCG business based in Manchester. Due to the current incumbent going on maternity leave they are recruiting this role on a 14 month fixed term contract basis, which could well go on for longer or be made permanent for the right candidate given the growth the company is going through.
As a Finance Manager you will be focused on the financial controls, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions, develop and enforce controls across the business to uphold the integrity of the companies financial statements, as well as assisting with audits. You will also business partner with various key stakeholders across the organisation and work on complex balance sheet reconciliations.
This role will suit a qualified candidate coming from a strong financial controls background within a complex organisation with experience in either internal or external audit. You will also have good communication skills in order to business partner with key stakeholders effectively.
The salary on offer is paying up to £65,000 with an attractive benefits package that includes hybrid working, flexible hours and a generous holiday entitlement.
