As Finance Manager you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts under IFRS, maintaining balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing statutory accounts. This role will also take responsibility for driving process improvements and working on automation projects alongside the Group Financial Controller.

Description
- Preparation of management accounts under IFRS
- Maintenance of balance sheet reconciliations for assigned entities
- Reviewing monthly management information and variance analysis for inclusion in the Board Pack
- Working with the Group Financial Controller to prepare statutory accounts under IFRS
- Work as a primary point of contact for external auditors, making sure there is a smooth audit process
- Supporting with systems enhancements, automation projects and ad-hoc accounting projects
- Support the wider General Ledger team with guidance and training
- Other ad hoc reporting requirements
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong technical skills
- Experience working in a fast paced, rapid growth environment
- IFRS reporting experience
- Netsuite experience would be desirable
- Strong communication skills
