The successful candidate will lead, manage, and develop the RTR Intercompany accounting team, driving automation and efficiency to ensure accurate and timely production of financial statements. What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving automation and efficiency within the RTR accounting team. Your role will involve managing and delivering accurate intercompany accounting activities while ensuring all processes are compliant, efficient, and automated. You will also play a key role in supporting audit activities by providing necessary documentation during financial audits. Furthermore, you will collaborate with other managers across Finance Operations to resolve discrepancies and identify errors. A significant part of your role will also involve overseeing the training and professional development of team members.
- Manage and deliver timely and accurate intercompany accounting activities
- Ensure that the intercompany accounting processes are consistent, fully documented, compliant, efficient and automated
- Active involvement with testing ERP regular SaaS releases and other system developments
- Support the audit activities by collaborating with external auditors
- Work collaboratively with other managers in RTR and across Finance Operations to resolve discrepancies and identify errors
- Oversee/support the training and professional development of team members
What you bring:
