Contribute to the preparation and review of the monthly board report, delivering key financial insights, analysis, and commentary to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline monthly reporting, enhancing efficiency and accuracy for both local and group-level reporting.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team and strive to build a high-performing team by setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth.

Experience / Qualifications

ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
Prior experience of leading and developing a team.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
