I'm delighted to be supporting an exciting, high growth, Private Equity backed business in their search for a Finance Manager.  The Finance Manager position is a varied role that will lead a small, high performing team.Based in Manchester City Centre with a hybrid working policy, they are known to offer excellent support and career development.  Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of the monthly board report, delivering key financial insights, analysis, and commentary to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline monthly reporting, enhancing efficiency and accuracy for both local and group-level reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team and strive to build a high-performing team by setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth.
Experience / Qualifications
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
  • Prior experience of leading and developing a team.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
