Are you a skilled Finance Manager with a knack for stepping into dynamic environments and making an immediate impact? We are partnering with a cutting-edge technology company based in Manchester, seeking an experienced Finance Manager for an interim assignment of 4-6 months. This role provides essential support while the company searches for a permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee budgeting processes, providing insightful variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement financial process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across finance operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders, translating complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide financial expertise on various ad-hoc projects, adapting quickly to the needs of the team and wider business.
- Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong background in interim or contract roles.
- Proven experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to dive into details while also seeing the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and advising non-finance stakeholders.
- Available to start immediately or on short notice, with the flexibility to work both remotely and onsite in Manchester.
