Finance Manager
Based: Manchester Centre (2 days office)Salary: up to £65k + bonus + benefits
Our client is a fantastic, rapidly expanding Tech SME group with exciting plans for the next few years. Having placed twice in their finance team just this year, we are delighted to be assisting with another role to bolster their growing function.
We are looking for a strong number 2 to work closely with the FD overseeing all aspects of finance including a team of 2. You will be involved with financial reporting, management accounts and cashflow as well as continuous process development
Role:
- Overseeing finance including transactional, ledgers, management accounts
- Supporting FD on audit both UK and overseas
- Assisting on various projects including systems/process updates and international growth projects (tax/accounting/VAT)
- VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations for 3 entities
- Supporting and driving continuous improvement through finance and wider business
- Business partnering with department heads on budgets/forecasts
- KPI production, feeding to FD and CEO in senior meetings
- Timely analysis and financial reporting as required
Experience:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified with strong commercial acumen
- Experience in a Tech business would be desirable but not essential
- Strong management accounts experience essential
- Passionate leader who can support/develop others
- Knowledge of multiple systems including strong excel
