Axon Moore have exclusively partnered with a long standing client who are looking to add a Finance Manager to their team on a full time permanent basis. This is an excellent 70m turnover PE backed business with a strong international presence.

Reporting into a high calibre CFO and managing a team of 6 direct reports, you will be responsible for:
  • Producing monthly management accounts and budget packs with variance analysis and commentary to set timescales (P&L, balance and cash flow)
  • Forecast & budget preparation
  • Developing financial models and analysis to support commercials and strategic projects.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders in Sales & Group
  • Assist with annual statutory accounts
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Review current finance processes with the support of the UK team with a focus on improving efficiencies through automation and reducing manual input.
  • Ad hoc analysis and project work as requested by CFO
  • Involvement in system and process implementation & improvement
  • Provision of financial guidance to other departments and sites within the wider Group
  • Support and develop team members including ongoing review of responsibilities and objectives and ensuring appropriate cover is maintained within the team at all times
Ideal candidate:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
  • Strong balance sheet knowledge
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment
