A fast-growing, privately owned SME is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day financial operations and provide financial reports to senior management.
The role requires strong experience in financial management, with a preference for candidates who are hands-on QBE or hold CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications.
Key responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, compliance, and preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
Candidates should have experience with Xero, strong leadership skills, and a focus on detail and process improvement.

Seeking to appoint a Finance Manager, this role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial reports to the senior management team.

Experience is more important than qualification, and my client will consider applications from 'hands-on’ QBE’s or CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified candidates. You will drive financial operations and report to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage AP/AR, payroll, reporting & compliance
Prepare management accounts, budgets & forecasts
Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, Corp Tax)
Support business growth & cost control
Lead & mentor junior finance staff

Experience with Xero & financial management
Strong leadership & commercial mindset
Eye for detail & process improvement
