With our Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Operations Manager for this Group of Companies with a TO of c £5m.
The role of the Finance Operations Manager will report to the MD and will work closely with the Head of Office / Systems Operations.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE;
- Prove track record of Change / Systems Improvements
- Desire to work the grow the Business
- The ability to implement and drive Change
- A professional Qualification - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or be close to Qualification
- Previous experience of Xero and strong Excel skills for Reporting and Analysis
THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER - BENEFITS AND SALARY;
- Prepare a range of Monthly Reports using Xero and Excel
- Prepare for Year End - including management of an Audit Trail
- Prepare detailed Cash Flow Analysis
- Execute a range of Reconciliations - Bank / VAT / Inter Company etc.
- Annual Salary budget of £45,000 with a range of Benefits to include
- 28 days holiday
