Group Finance Manager | Greater Manchester | £70-80k
A globally recognised business services provider is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team. This role will focus on consolidating group accounts, month-end reporting and working across the wider finance teams, such as analysts to complete the monthly board packs. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in a group reporting role, ideally within the leisure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review consolidated IFRS financial statements.
- Support on the preparation of monthly board reports and packs with the wider finance teams
- Manage reporting processes for financial accounting teams.
- Implement and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Lead external audit processes and financial close activities.
- Manage and develop the Group Finance team.
Person Specification:
- Qualified ACA accountant with 2-3 years PQE within a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience in group financial reporting.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to enhance internal controls and implement process improvements.
