Group FP&A Manager | South MCR | Onsite | Global Tech | £60k-£80kJob Overview:Axon Moore are delighted to be working alongside a long-term client that is once again building upon an impressive finance team by adding a Group FP&A Manager.On the back of a successful restructure, an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, commercially oriented FP&A Manager that boasts strong modelling/ analytical skills to report directly to a high calibre Finance Director and have a real influence in the business moving forward.Given this is a newly created role, there is ample opportunity to make this your own, as well as several past experiences to add true value to this high-growth business.The organisation boasts countless examples of individuals that have built successful careers within the business or leveraged their experience and developed exceptional careers.If you are looking to build on a strong FP&A background and would like a confidential discussion regarding the opportunity please get in touch.Salary: £60,000-£80,000 DOELocation: South Manchester, with onsite working 5 days a weekMain Duties:
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial of the business, providing a detailed analysis of month end performance to maintain high standard and accurate data.
  • Oversee the organisations forecasting process to ensure real-time insight and report to senior management.
  •  Develop and expand internal reporting pack to improve the insight and analytics, ensuring that all reports are shared in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Provide support on the annual budget and corporate planning cycles, working closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive approach to strategic objectives.
  • Work alongside senior stakeholders to support key group strategic decisions such as refinancing and acquisitions.
  • Take ownership of the FP&A and consolidation system ensure it is fit for purpose and continually improving.
Person Specification:
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified Accountant.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience working in a multi-entity business is ideal.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, and ever-changing business is essential.
  • Excellent experience in development processes and controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving.
