The organisationOur client, one of the North West's most high profile and fast paced organisations requires a Group Head of Risk. This is a large, complex, fast paced, multi-site business. The roleReporting to the Director of Risk & Audit and managing a small team, you will be responsible for:

Further developing, embedding and overseeing a Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management
Ensures that the Leadership Teams, ExCo and Committees including the Audit committees have an accurate and current view of the risk profile of the organisation and associated mitigation strategies
Developing a fit for purpose Risk Management Strategy encompassing the future vision for ERM, taking into account the overall strategic direction of the group
Ensuring that the organisation has an appropriate risk system across the organisation that is fit for purpose and future growth.
Presenting at audit and risk committee
Engaging and influencing at a senior level across the group

The personYou will be a seasoned risk professional who has operated at Senior Risk Manager level or Head of level.
