Group Management Accountant

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Group Management Accountant. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be key in producing and reviewing monthly consolidated management accounts, including budgets and forecasts. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles to support the wider group finance function and contribute to strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the monthly consolidated M.I pack, including P&L, balance sheet, funds flow, and KPI reporting, with variance analysis against budget/forecast.
  • Support regular reviews of subsidiary financial performance and reconcile key inter-company accounts.
  • Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes across the Group.
  • Conduct month-end checklist reviews and provide finance system support across subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate on the year-end audit preparation and consolidation of KPI data.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skilled in Excel for data organisation, manipulation, and presentation.
  • Ability to demonstrate financial reporting knowledge and best practices.
  • Part or fully qualified in CIMA/ACCA.

You will be highly organised, analytical, and able to manage your workload efficiently. With strong Excel skills, you can handle and present large volumes of data with accuracy and clarity. You're a self-starter, able to work independently, and can build effective relationships across finance teams in group subsidiaries.
