Description
As a Head of Finance/ Senior Finance Business Partner duties will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans for the organisation
- Oversee all aspects of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with other department heads to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the leadership team.
- Manage the preparation of the financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the finance team to achieve the organisation's financial objectives.
Profile
A successful Head of Finance/ Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA/ CIPFA)
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
- Worked with non-finance stakeholders previously
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
