Overview:

Castlefield Recruitment are partnering exclusively with a North West based Not for Profit organisation in order to recruit a Head of Finance (Capital) on a permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation where you can truly support change and broaden your own skillsetKey Responsibilities Include;

  • Managing and monitoring the organisation's capital budget, ensuring that it is effectively managed, and that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Multiple complex funding sources and reporting requirements
  • Writing and presenting monthly programme finance reports to Board and Senior Management Tean
  • Regular reconciliations of cost modelling with internal reporting
  • Working in a flexible way with Capital Programme Manager, Project Team & individual Project Managers.

The Person;

  • Relevant professional qualification such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA 
  • Social Housing experience (essential)
  • Advanced Excel skills
