  • Oversee app statutory financial statements including income statements, cashflow and balance sheets.
  • Oversee the development of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to ensure appropriate compliance is adhered to.
  • Monthly the consolidation of financial statement within the group.
  • Ensure all financial reporting complies with IFRS and GAAP.
  • Submit regulatory filings to ensure compliance with relevant bodies, including tax findings and statutory accounts.
  • Oversee corporation tax.
  • Identify financial and operational risk and provide support to mitigate these risks.
  • Implement financial policies and procedures to comply with corporate governance.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all financial reporting matters.
Person Specification:
  • ACA Qualified Accountant, currently holding a similar Head of Reporting role.
  • Ample experience working in a regulated PLC environment.
  • Excellent experience of development processes and controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Experience working in e-commerce is advantageous.
