Oversee app statutory financial statements including income statements, cashflow and balance sheets.
Oversee the development of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to ensure appropriate compliance is adhered to.
Monthly the consolidation of financial statement within the group.
Ensure all financial reporting complies with IFRS and GAAP.
Submit regulatory filings to ensure compliance with relevant bodies, including tax findings and statutory accounts.
Oversee corporation tax.
Identify financial and operational risk and provide support to mitigate these risks.
Implement financial policies and procedures to comply with corporate governance.
Act as the key point of contact for all financial reporting matters.

Person Specification:

ACA Qualified Accountant, currently holding a similar Head of Reporting role.
Ample experience working in a regulated PLC environment.
Excellent experience of development processes and controls.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver to deadlines.
Strong problem solving.
Advanced IT skills.
Experience working in e-commerce is advantageous.
