Our client, a large, purpose-driven and high-profile UK based charity is seeking a Head of Governance Risk & Compliance to join their organisation. Our client has experienced significant growth in recent years and as such, this is a newly created position to drive a risk-management culture across the charity and develop and improve what is already in place.Reporting to the Deputy Head of Finance, together you will drive a risk management culture with the full support of the board.Responsibilities include:

  • Developing the risk management framework and policies
  • Engaging and influencing senior level stakeholders, including board members
  • Being aware of regulatory developments and ensuring the charity's compliance
  • Developing and improving controls
The ideal applicant will:
