We're seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager to join a growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is perfect for a motivated professional with strong corporate insolvency experience and a passion for leading casework and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency matters, primarily CVLs.

  • Oversee case progression, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.

  • Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders.

  • Review investigation reports and financial analysis with minimal supervision.

  • Prepare statutory reports, updates, and final outcome documentation.

  • Support and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in corporate insolvency.

  • Strong knowledge of CVL processes, investigations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in insolvency software (e.g. IPS) and Microsoft Office.

  • CPI/JIEB or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not essential.
