Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a range of corporate and personal insolvency cases, ensuring compliance and high standards of case administration.
- Collaborate closely with clients, creditors, and stakeholders to devise tailored solutions, guiding them through financial distress and recovery.
- Manage case teams, promoting best practices in insolvency processes and fostering professional development.
- Drive operational efficiency and oversee the accurate documentation and reporting of case progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferably ACA/ACCA or CPI/JIEB qualified, with extensive experience managing a variety of insolvency cases.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience within the Insolvency space.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering client-centered solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
