Description
- Provide strategic leadership and direction in financial matters
- Ensure financial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Lead and manage the finance team
- Work closely with other senior management to contribute to the overall strategy of the organisation
- Represent the organisation in financial matters with external parties
- Ensure the financial stability and sustainability of the organisation
Profile
A successful Interim Director of Finance should have:
- Professional accounting qualification within Finance (ACCA, ACA, FCCA, CIMA)
- Experience in a senior financial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
- Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills
- Experience in the Not For Profit sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
