Interim Head of Finance | Social Housing | North West | Largely Remote WorkingCastlefield Recruitment are partnering with a Housing Association in the North West in order to recruit a Head of Finance on an interim basis. Working closely with the Director of Finance, the organisation requires both operational and strategic Finance support with a keen emphasis on Treasury, Development and long term Business Planning.

Key responsibilities include;

Leading and managing business planning and treasury management for the association
Overseeing operations including cash management and banking, loan portfolio management including Loan Covenant monitoring and reporting
Treasury related risk management and Development Accounting and reporting
Management of the 30 year business plan using Brixx
Managing the submission of any relevant regulatory returns

The person;

Professionally qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CIPFA)
Social Housing experience is essential
Experience using Brixx is essential
Immediately available for next contract
