As an Operational Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in you will manage the incoming Partnership introductions to ensure we deliver excellent customer experience within the SLAs agreed with our partners.
Role responsibilities;
- Manage Introductions from Partnerships and ensure Propel allocation within tight SLAs
- Monitor & analyse Partnership data to drive Propel productivity & conversion
- Administration tasks to ensure adherence to Partnership processes are embedded across the Propel team
- Share accountability for SLA deliverables through robust & timely process management
- Provide performance data as requested from Senior Leadership team
- Develop & manage key stakeholder relationships across the business - IT Support/Partnership Managers/Sales Directors
Key skills required;
- Customer Service experience
- Outlook and Microsoft office experience (particularly Excel at intermediate level able to collate/manipulate and extract data readily)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work on own initiative, setting own priorities and working to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deliver an Excellent Customer and Colleague Experience
