Working hours are Monday-Friday with 2 days WFH and some flexibility on hours worked.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transactional team ensuring productive work flow
- Using Technology and software to help improve companies efficiency and process improvement
- Heavily Involved in Data & Insight - Monitor Performance against KPI and Reporting on Data
- Day to Day Management of a small team of AP Clerks - provide Mentorship and Guidance as well as training.
- Build & Maintain relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders
- AP & Finance Related Tasks
Profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a Senior / Managerial AP Role
- Strong Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficient in Financial and IT systems - Strong understanding of Financial and Procurement Processes.
