Forge Talent is proud to be partnering with a well known name based in the heart of Manchester. They have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader join their team.

Working hours are Monday-Friday with 2 days WFH and some flexibility on hours worked.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transactional team ensuring productive work flow
  • Using Technology and software to help improve companies efficiency and process improvement
  • Heavily Involved in Data & Insight - Monitor Performance against KPI and Reporting on Data
  • Day to Day Management of a small team of AP Clerks - provide Mentorship and Guidance as well as training.
  • Build & Maintain relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • AP & Finance Related Tasks

Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a Senior / Managerial AP Role
  • Strong Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Financial and IT systems - Strong understanding of Financial and Procurement Processes.
