As a Senior Corporate Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a portfolio of key corporate accounts. Your expertise and proactive approach will ensure the delivery of comprehensive insurance solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and negotiate terms with insurers to secure the best possible coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate with insurers to obtain competitive terms and conditions for clients.
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims in an efficient and timely manner.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall success and growth of the brokerage.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Corporate Account Handler within the insurance industry.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and services.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Acturis would be great.
