EWC Consulting is delighted to be exclusively retained by a rapidly expanding multi-sited Facilities Management (FM) business to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner. The Role

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of the leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to improve profitability across the organization’s diverse portfolio of sites. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing margin performance, optimizing capital investment decisions, and identifying risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with senior management and site leadership teams to drive profitability and operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for margin improvement and cost control.
  • Support the business in evaluating capital investment opportunities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Develop robust financial models to assess risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide insightful management reporting and commercial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems to support a dynamic and growing organization.
Your Profile

We are seeking a commercially astute finance professional with a passion for influencing business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally within a multi-sited environment. Experience in FM, logistics, or similar industries is advantageous.
  • Qualifications: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a strong track record of success in a high-growth or acquisition-led business.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of financial management, including capital investment appraisal, margin analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Leadership: Strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and challenge the status quo.
