Job Purpose
  • Managing a significant client portfolio, service as the first point of contact for clients
  • Leading virtual and face-to-face client meetings
  • Supporting Senior Managers and Partners by undertaking ad-hoc projects where required
  • Identifying planning and advisory opportunities to spearhead further business development
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure clients are benefitting from all business services
  • Providing training and development for colleagues and team members
  • Overseeing junior staff by reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
  • Representing the company at networking and business events
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients
  • Setting an example as a hands-on senior manager
