Due to growing demand for tax advisory support across their UK offices, this growing Firm of accountants is looking for a TaxManager or Senior Manager in Manchester to complement their existing tax teams in regional offices. The salary on offer would depend on the level of the individual but could sit between £55,000 - £90,000.

Key areas of focus for this team include corporate grouping, reorganisations and demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice and more. It would suit someone who is keen to develop their technical skills and into a completely advisory role.

Your responsibilities as a Tax Manager or Senior Manager will include......

  • Manager and deliver complex tax advisory projects from start to finish
  • Provide expert tax advice in one or more areas such as corporate reorganisations, property structuring or shareholder exits

  • Train and mentor junior members of the team
