Your new firm Your new firm is a well-established boutique general practice who have a wealth of experience operating across the North West. They operate across a number of service lines with a key focus on strategic tax advisory and planning. The bulk of their portfolio consists of OMBs and HNWIs, ranging in a variety of different sectors offering a challenging but interesting workload. They are based in Cheshire but are easily commutable from Greater Manchester and part of Merseyside and Cheshire. A modern firm with a forward-thinking approach, their culture is second to best and offers a different lifestyle to one that is typically assumed for working at an accountancy practice.Your new roleIn your new role you will work in an already very established tax team who have a wealth of advisory and compliance experience supporting a range of different clients. As a Tax Advisory Manager, you will work closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners to deliver a range of tax services for your clients. You will manage your own portfolio of OMBs and HNWIs advising them on a variety of different tax planning solutions. You will have autonomy, variety in work and feel a real sense of belonging by acting more as a business partner to your clients. Progression and longevity are a key part of working with this firm with your career aspirations and goals taken into account, so you will always be working towards your next goal.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you need to come from a strong corporate or private tax client and have experience advising OMBs, HNWIs or Directors about their tax affairs.
