A Financial Services Administrator is required to work for our Clients, a respected and growing firm of Financial Advisers. With three offices based throughout Greater Manchester, and forming part of one of the largest firms of Wealth Managers in the UK, our Client offers first class training and support and ongoing career development.
" Sending LOA's to client for signature (these are few and far between)
" Sending LOA's and requests for information to providers
" Chasing information from providers
" Creating case tasks
" Receiving new cases from advisers and setting up client in salesforce
As this role involves lots of chasing LOA's/information the successful Candidate must have an excellent telephone manner and able to 'push' for information when not getting the desired response. You will have previous experience working for either a firm of Financial Planners or a Provider, such as Royal London or AJ Bell, and be looking to progress with product knowledge. My client will support those whilst working towards industry related exams.
