With a commitment to building long-term relationships and delivering tailored solutions, they are looking for an experienced Client Manager to join their Manchester team.

Role Overview:The Client Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support to meet clients' financial needs. This role requires a strong background in financial services or wealth management, coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Assist clients with their financial planning requirements, coordinating with advisers and other professionals as needed.
  • Prepare and review client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience, resolving any issues or queries effectively.
  • Monitor client accounts and keep clients informed of updates, changes, or opportunities relevant to their portfolios.
  • Provide administrative support to advisers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client services and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services or wealth management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services sector.

Desirable:

  • Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CII, CISI, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards them.
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a financial planning or wealth management firm.
