  • Our client, an independent financial advisory firm in Manchester, is seeking an experienced administrator to support Financial Planners in their daily tasks. The role requires experience with Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) and general IT skills, with a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 per year. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a financial services environment. The position offers opportunities for progression to a Paraplanner role, although this is not mandatory. The firm promotes a supportive working environment with options for both home and office working.

Our client based in Manchester is an independent financial advisory business with an award winning name and reputation.

Specialising in pensions and retirement planning, they advise on income withdrawal management, tax, wealth management, providing all round financial well-being and security.

With a friendly and consultative approach, clients are fully supported to reach their financial goals.

Excitingly, they now seek to recruit for an experienced administrator to support the existing Financial Planners in day to tasks and activities, upholding the highest standards with clients.

Overview and Experiences required:

  • Experience of Intelligent Office (Intelliflo)
  • Experience of Dynamic Planner (not essential, but good to have)
  • Experience of DocuSign (not essential, but good to have).
  • General IT skills - Word & Excel
  • Experience of using platforms (ideally Transact & AJ Bell Investcentre)
  • Data entry into the back office system - (Intelligent Office)
  • Management/maintenance of the back-office system (Intelliflo)
  • Consolidation of adviser fee income
  • Collate Provider statements where necessary & forward to relevant individuals as necessary
  • Client Attitude To Risk questionnaires where necessary
  • Sending-off Letters of Authority (LOAs) and follow-up until information received
  • Chasing & consolidating information received from the Providers in regard to LOAs/change of agencies
  • Maintaining Client Folders
  • Scanning & filing of post
  • Manage client review register & arranging client meetings
  • Assist in answering clients’ general enquiries
  • Process new business
  • Obtain relevant Personal Illustrations & Applications Forms
  • Produce client review packs
  • Add basic details to Suitability Report templates in preparation for the adviser
  • Gain online access to Provider websites to gain access to online valuations

Our client is offering this new opportunity with the view to progress further to Paraplanner but only if desired, it is not essential to be considered further.
