- Issue and chase letters of authority in a timely manner
- Collate information from product providers regarding clients' existing arrangements
- Obtain pre-sale documentation, including quotations, for clients
- Prepare and manage execution-only letters
- Create and prepare comprehensive valuation reports
- Conduct adviser fee and cash balance checks
- Support quarterly managed portfolio rebalances and perform follow-up checks
- Verify fund switches and ensure accuracy
- Handle death claims and surrenders with sensitivity and efficiency
- Provide general administration support and assist with office duties
- Maintain and update the client database regularly to ensure accuracy
- Ensure all activities adhere to the FCA’s Conduct Rules and regulatory requirements

- Working hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
