Your new companyDue to continued growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable firm of IFAs for an experienced financial services administrator. Good working environment, supportive team culture, flexible working options, excellent prospects for career development.Your new roleProviding support to advisers and clients dealing with all aspects of financial planning administration, working closely with the paraplanning team. Key responsibilities include assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, ensuring all relevant documentation is contained in meeting packs, processing new business for investments and pensions, liaising with insurance providers, chasing up any outstanding information, submitting new business in line with compliance requirements, producing valuations, uploading client information using back office systems. A very varied role working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with people at all levels and professional introducers.What you'll need to succeedProven experience of working in financial services administration is essential, preferably gained within an IFA firm and a good understanding of pensions and investments.
