Role Overview & Purpose
Independent Financial Advice firm, located in Manchester and specialising within pensions retirement planning are looking to expand a dynamic advice team with the addition of a Junior Advice Partner. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships, and guiding clients through their financial planning journey.
Role responsibilities.
Engage in daily communication with clients to understand their financial goals, both for the immediate and long-term, including retirement plans and reasons for seeking financial advice.
Qualify new client inquiries, ensuring a thorough understanding of their financial needs and objectives.
Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, financial plans and investment funds.
Educate clients on pensions and investment options, and assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their finances.
Provide regular updates to clients on their financial plans, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Personal Attributes & Experience
Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
 Currently working towards or already possess a Level 4 qualification in financial planning or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information in an understandable manner.
Extensive Expertise in Pensions and Retirement Planning
Comprehensive knowledge of personal and workplace pension schemes, including assessment and optimization of pension arrangements.
Experienced in managing a wide variety of pension policies, including Guaranteed Annuity Rates (GARs) and pensions with safeguarded benefits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning with clients' retirement objectives.Â
