Role Overview
As a Paraplanner/ Client Manager, you will play a key role in supporting their Financial Planners, Wealth Managers and their clients by providing high-quality paraplanning services and also taking control of the Administrative process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding client service and ensuring client needs are met with precision.
- Supporting Client Partners by providing technical research, recommendations, and advice.
- Acting as a mentor to junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement of company standards and processes.
- Managing and coordinating client cases, ensuring all business is processed accurately and in a timely manner. Some support in this area is provided by Administrative colleagues
- Taking ownership of client work, reducing hand-offs, and becoming the trusted first point of contact for clients during their whole experience.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and acting as a line of defence for quality assurance.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Knowledge of HNW and UHNW clients and their financial needs.
- Strong understanding of private banking, financial markets, and tax structures.
- Experience in paraplanning, with a focus on research, analysis, and suitability recommendations.
- Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to professional development, ideally qualified to Level 4 or studying towards higher financial qualifications.

- Competitive basis salary. There is no official salary banding but a typical range would be £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
