Role Overview

As a Paraplanner/ Client Manager, you will play a key role in supporting their Financial Planners, Wealth Managers and their clients by providing high-quality paraplanning services and also taking control of the Administrative process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding client service and ensuring client needs are met with precision.
  • Supporting Client Partners by providing technical research, recommendations, and advice.
  • Acting as a mentor to junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement of company standards and processes.
  • Managing and coordinating client cases, ensuring all business is processed accurately and in a timely manner. Some support in this area is provided by Administrative colleagues
  • Taking ownership of client work, reducing hand-offs, and becoming the trusted first point of contact for clients during their whole experience.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and acting as a line of defence for quality assurance.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of HNW and UHNW clients and their financial needs.
  • Strong understanding of private banking, financial markets, and tax structures.
  • Experience in paraplanning, with a focus on research, analysis, and suitability recommendations.
  • Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to professional development, ideally qualified to Level 4 or studying towards higher financial qualifications.

  • Competitive basis salary. There is no official salary banding but a typical range would be £40,000 to £55,000 plus bonus and benefits
