With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, they strive to offer comprehensive financial planning and advisory services.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors by conducting research, preparing reports, and providing technical expertise in crafting financial plans. This position offers the opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to gather client information and assess their financial needs and goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research on investment products, market trends, and financial regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including cash flow analysis, investment portfolio summaries, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tailored financial plans in line with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate accurate and compliant documentation to support client recommendations and proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent 
  • Previous experience working as a Paraplanner within the financial services industry (Within either an IFA or Tied environment).
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and investment products.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g. cash flow modeling, research platforms).
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
