Salary: £30,000 basic OTE £90,000

Are you an experienced Protection Adviser looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company? We are seeking an ambitious individual to join a dynamic new startup in the mortgage and protection industry. If you have at least 2 years of experience in the sector, this could be the ideal role for you.
The Business:
This is a new startup mortgage and protection firm based in the Greater Manchester area. Founded by two individuals who personally experienced the challenges of securing a mortgage while being self-employed, the business is driven by a passion to help others in similar situations. The firm is part of a larger network, and while the team is currently small, they are expanding and looking to bring on two additional advisers.
The Role:
As a Protection Adviser, you will be responsible for calling the daily leads provided, conducting fact-finds, and advising clients on suitable protection products based on their needs. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your career further, with potential progression into managerial roles or gaining additional financial services skills.
