This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a successful team of Financial Advisers in the North.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of FCA rules and regulations and hold a Level 4 diploma (DipFA or DipPFS).
The position involves supervising and coaching Advisers, providing one-to-one training, and ensuring compliance with business and FCA standards.
The salary for the T&C Supervisor role ranges from £45,000 to £47,000, along with an annual bonus and competitive benefits.
Applicants with some training exposure as current Financial Advisors are also considered for this position.

The T&C Supervisors role:

Supervising and coaching Advisers through the T&C scheme.
One-to-ones, coaching, training and feedback to enhance performance.
Ensuring compliance with the business and FCA regulations.
Building and developing strong relationships across the whole business.

Requirements for the T&C Supervisor role:

Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
Level 4 diploma qualified (DipFA or DipPFS).
Strong financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge.

Rewards for the T&C Supervisor role:

£45,000-£47,000
