Our Client and a professional, super successful and growing firm of Chartered & Independent Financial Planners who are now looking to recruit an additional member of the 'Paraplanning’ team. This is an incredibly rewarding job opportunity for someone ambitious and dedicated to progressing in this industry. Working as part of a wider team of Administrators, experienced Paraplanners & Financial Advisers the successful candidate will have gained some experience working in a similar role and should have ideally started working towards / obtained a couple of the CII exams. Product knowledge around Pensions & Investments would be beneficial.

Duties will be varied and include;

" Administration involved in all aspects of the advice process and the ongoing customer service

" To help to ensure Regulatory Compliance, and an efficient and professional service to Clients and prospect Clients

" Word processing, typing, letter writing, etc

" Dealing with telephone and email enquiries

" Creating and maintaining filing systems

" Organising Adviser meetings / Diary management

" Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Finplan, Assureweb, O&M Systems etc

" Produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;

" Obtaining quotes for Life, Mortgage/Investment business

" Attending meetings and keeping notes

Our Client is an expanding practice and they will provide study support for those who are keen to progress with industry related exams in order to enhance product knowledge and skills. A passion for providing first class administration support and someone who takes pride in their work is required. You will also have obtained some of the industry related exams and be keen to further progress with qualifications.
