Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Technical Team Leader - Gas to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester.
What the job will be doing
- ensuring safety, efficiency & regulatory compliance of gas, ventilation & regeneration systems
- management of safety programs and implementation of robust procedure to comply with safety reg
- budget management, contract management and improvement of safety programmes
- effective monitoring & reporting
What you will need
- Experience in working with MVHR, ventilation and air condition systems
- MVHR qualification
- ACS gas for domestic & commercial appliances
