The Company:
Established for over 150 years, this world class manufacturer is responsible for the processing of a wide range of materials which are used across the world in a range of different applications. Based in Trafford Park within easy access for the Metrolink, they are looking to add a permanent Process Operative / FLT Driver to their Warehouse Team to maintain the smooth operation of their distribution / goods out.
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary: £13.03 per hour (£25,700 per year) plus attendance bonus
- Hours: 8am to 4.15pm Monday to Thursday and a 1pm finish on a Friday
- Benefits: 6.5% pension; life assurance (5x salary)
- Holidays: 25.5 days per year, plus Bank Holidays.
This is a permanent role.
The Job:
Working within a small warehouse team, you will be responsible for:
- Day to day warehouse tasks
- Operating machinery to blend and package products
- Moving products using both Counter Balance and Reach FLT
- Load and unload products
About You:
You will need to have worked within a process / warehouse environment before and you will need:
- A good level of fitness (able to lift 25kg)
- Counter balance / Reach Truck FLT licence (recently expired licence will be considered)
- Good time keeping
- Reliable
