If you're experienced in handling export documentation, coordinating freight, and supporting customers - this could be your ideal next step.
What you'll be doing:

Be the daily point of contact for customers via phone and email

Process orders, delivery notes & export documentation

Coordinate with freight partners to plan shipments

Resolve customer queries and follow up on requirements

Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
What we're looking for:

Background in customer service with recent export experience

Confident using MRP/CRM systems, and managing logistics paperwork

A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to develop
