We are now seeking an engaging and dynamic ocean export operator to join our leading freight forwarding and global logistics company based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic and growing team.
Ocean Export Operator Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage ocean export shipments from start to finish
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and process export documentation in compliance with regulations
- Arrange transportation and monitor cargo movement
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Experience required:
- Previous experience in ocean export operations within the freight forwarding industry 1-2 years preferred.
- Knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems
