Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator Salary: £30-50,000 +Work Type : HybridLocations: Manchester
Duties:
- Identifying and pursuing new freight opportunities
- Prospecting and generating potential leads
- Providing customer guidance and support, including preparing estimates and proposals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new business opportunities
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the freight product
- Ensuring high-quality service by upholding and enforcing organisational standard
Ideal Candidate :
- 2 Years Freight Experience
- Experience with Ocean / Air / Road
- Key Account Management
- Freight Pricing
