You will be responsible for:
- Liaising between customers, suppliers and transport suppliers to ensure efficiencies.
- Serving the most prestige accounts.
- Managing all aspects of the ocean import process.
- CDS customs entries and ensuring correct documentation is on file.
- Taking control of the delivery arrangement process.
- Ensure customers are fully up to date with their shipments.
- Working with the freight operations team to continually improve process and business performance.
Requirements:
- Imports Freight Forwarding.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Able to negotiate, network, enthusiastic, manage and develop client relationships.
- Must have customs clearance experience.
- A pro-active attitude & flexible to meet the requirements of the business.
