Our client is looking for an Acoustic Consultant to join their award-winning environmental engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects ranging from new road and rail schemes, new residential settlements, high-rise city centre buildings, retail developments, renewable energy projects, and commercial/industrial developments. The client offers the opportunity to be involved in air quality projects if desired by the successful candidate.

Acoustic Consultant Requirements:

  • Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
  • Environmental Acoustics experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Full driving license
  • Environmental noise survey and noise modelling experience (CadnaA software is desirable)

Acoustic Consultant Duties:

  • Noise & vibration onsite monitoring, modelling, and analysis
  • Support clients with complex environmental issues
  • Complete technical reports
  • Work on projects from proposal stage through to completion
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
