Part-Time - 3 days per week, fully remote (must reside within the UK and have Right to Work in the UK)
Due to growth, a Consulting firm are looking for multiple Business Administrators to support their team. This role is Self-Employed, outside of IR35.
The ideal person will have experience in administration and strong customer service skills. This role is 100% remote, with no travel, so the ideal person will be both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilitiesfor the Administrator role
- Manage a busy inbox and be the first-line response, to hand and resolve any queries in a timely manner
- Update and maintain the database and shared drive
- Identify amendments, including the website and documents in relation to customers
- Support the wider team to make sure projects run smoothly
Qualifications & Requirements for the Administrator role
- Minimum 3years of administration experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to use your initiative in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ideally experience using Salesforce
- Right to work in the UK
- Reside in the UK
