Are you an organised and methodical professional looking to play a key role in supporting daily operations and contributing to business success? We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our client, providing crucial administrative support to the Service Leadership team and assisting with HR-related matters across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Service Leadership team.
  • Manage the centralised EAP Manager inbox, distributing tasks accordingly.
  • Coordinate meetings and reviews, support Service Development Days, and manage HR documents.
  • Ensure all team absences, sickness, and lateness are recorded accurately, following company procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments, ensuring smooth communication across offices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Assist with office management, reporting equipment issues and coordinating wellbeing initiatives.
