Your Role:
As the Sales Manager for the South East region, you will:
- Lead and manage a dynamic team of 5 sales professionals.
- Drive turnover and profitability while fostering a positive team culture.
- Take charge of hiring and shaping the ongoing growth strategy.
- Collaborate with our exceptional marketing, technical, and operational teams.
- Engage directly with key accounts to strengthen relationships and secure new business.

What You Bring:
- Extensive knowledge of air hygiene.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Experience working with sales representatives to generate new business and manage key accounts.
- A background in overseeing engineers and technical staff is a plus.
- Experience handling large projects is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel across the South East.
