A well-established architectural practice is looking for an Architectural Job Runner to join its Manchester studio. With over 25 years of experience delivering high-quality projects, this award-winning firm has grown into a team of circa 80 talented professionals. The Role:
- Managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages.
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit (essential).
- Overseeing site progress, problem-solving, and ensuring design intent is maintained.
- Managing project teams and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Revit proficiency is essential, candidates must be confident working in a BIM environment.
- Strong experience in running projects independently.
- Knowledge of the UK building regulations and construction methodologies.
- Previous healthcare sector experience would be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
